Is my kid the right age for it?

The manufacturer certifies this one for ages 3 to 6. Three is the floor because the accessory set includes small pieces, and six is roughly where children stop reaching for a 31-inch counter. If you are buying for a two-year-old, wait a year; if you are buying for a seven-year-old who already plays kitchen, they will still use it, they will just be bending down.
